Astronomical Research interests at QMW include: Millimetre, submillimetre and
infrared wavelength studies of Star Forming regions, Molecular Clouds,
Interstellar Chemistry, Planetary Astrophysics, Extragalactic Astronomy, Solar
System Studies and Dynamics, Solar and Stellar Physics, Space Plasmas,
Astrophysical Fluid Dynamics, Gravitation and Cosmology, and a programme of
astronomical instrumentation development in the millimetre, submillimetre and
far infrared spectral regions. Also contains a Preprint Server, an Image Library,
an on-line Postgraduate Prospectus, and links to other activities in the Physics
and Mathematics Departments.
